These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the 29jili platform and all associated services available at 29jili.app. By registering an account or accessing any part of the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by every provision setout below. 3. Account Creation & Security

Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and may result in all related accounts being suspended or permanently closed. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restrictions or closure.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. 29jili strongly recommends using a strong, unique password and enabling any available two-factor authentication features. You must notify the 29jili support team immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account or if your login credentials have been compromised. 29jili will not be held liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure. Any activity conducted through your account — whether or not authorised by you — remains your responsibility until you have formally notified us of a security issue.
4. User Obligations & Responsibilities
As a registered member of 29jili, you agree to use the platform solely for lawful, personal, and non-commercial entertainment purposes. You must not use the platform to facilitate, assist, or engage in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity. All funds deposited into your 29jili account must originate from legitimate sources that you are legally authorised to use. You are responsible for declaring and paying any applicable taxes on winnings in accordance with Philippine tax law, and 29jili does not assume any liability in connection with your personal tax obligations.
You agree not to use automated software, bots, scripts, or any third-party tools to interact with the platform in ways not intended for ordinary player use. Attempting to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software vulnerabilities, or collude with other players to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination. 5. Platform Usage Rules

The platform must not be accessed using virtual private networks (VPNs), proxies, or similar tools to bypass geographic restrictions or obscure your true identity and location. 29jili reserves the right to restrict access from regions where online gaming is not legally permitted. Any promotion, bonus, or free credit offered on the platform is subject to its own specific terms and wagering requirements, which must be met before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. 6. Payments & Transactions
All financial transactions on the 29jili platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). Deposits must be made using payment methods that are supported by the platform and that are registered in your own name — third-party funding is not permitted. 29jili processes deposits and withdrawals in accordance with its standard processing timelines, which are subject to the payment method selected and any applicable verification requirements. Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply and are displayed within the cashier section of the platform at the time of each transaction.
Withdrawals will only be processed once all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied and your identity has been fully verified in line with our KYC procedures. 29jili reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, pending verification, or a breach of these terms. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure that the platform operates reliably and securely at all times, we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or continuously available access to the platform or its games. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, third-party service disruptions, or force majeure events may cause temporary unavailability, and 29jili shall not be held liable for any losses arising from such interruptions.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 29jili, its directors, officers, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including — but not limited to — loss of winnings due to technical failure, loss of data, or financial loss resulting from unauthorised account access caused by your failure to secure your credentials. Our total cumulative liability to you in connection with these terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms shall limit our liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any matter that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
8. Account Suspension & Closure
29jili reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its discretion if there is evidence — or reasonable suspicion — of a breach of these Terms and Conditions, fraudulent activity, collusion, money laundering, underage access, or any other conduct that is harmful to the platform or other players. In cases where a suspension is issued pending investigation, we will notify you via your registered email address and provide an opportunity to respond where appropriate. Funds held in suspended accounts will be subject to review and may be withheld during the investigation period.
You may also close your account voluntarily at any time by contacting the 29jili support team. Upon voluntary closure, any verified balance remaining in your account will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with our standard withdrawal procedures, provided that all applicable wagering requirements have been met. Re-registration after a voluntary closure is permitted unless the account was closed for breach of these terms, in which case 29jili may decline the new registration at its discretion.
